SHUFFLE - Cape
When doing the "Around the World in Cape" with lady on the man's right, start with both on R23 in place. Send lady around on L23, man's left hand goes up and over his head. As lady goes around the man will lower his left hand down to his shoulder. On R23 man simultaneously turns around 180 degrees CCW, stepping into lady's place, and raises his right hand up then down on the lady's right shoulder after turning her CW into cape position again with lady on the man's right side. Finish off by walking the lady in a "back-around" back into beginning positions.
