If you help me to develop the content of this dance site I will pay you 50% of the profit generated from your moves, you as soon as I make a profit. The Allright company gets 20% off the top, leaving 80% profit. We the dancers fairly split the profit, which is determined by how much they are featured in the the video products (this is an incentive based pay scale). I more you work the more you get paid. The more we sell your dance moves the more you get paid. If you do not dance then you do not get paid. For instance, there are 300 moves in this site, and if you do only 100 of the 300 then you only get one third of the 50% of the profit generated by the product you are in. If you are the only star featured in the DVD or video or site then you will earn 100% of the 50% of the profit generated by the sale of your moves. If later your dance moves are replaced by other peoples better dance moves then you do not get paid anymore. Thus the incentive is to keep on dancing and keep on making better and better moves to stay in featured in the products of this site.
